Three members of one of North Staffordshire's biggest organised crime groups jailed for a total of 11 days | Marc Brookes, Kristoffer Hall and Robert Thompson: "Ringleader Marc Brookes, who Staffordshire Police say enjoyed a playboy lifestyle funded by other people's suffering, is today starting a five-year prison term, while his 'right-hand man' Kristoffer Hall, aged 33, has been sentenced to four years in jail.
Robert Thompson, aged 43, who acted as a courier for the gang to help pay off a drugs debt, was yesterday jailed for two years.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard undercover officers working on Operation Nemesis, Staffordshire Police's long-running campaign against drug dealers, had Hall under surveillance in Kidsgrove on March 18."
