Msgt. Gary Knight with the Oklahoma City Police Department said, 'Mr. Humphrey was ultimately hit by the gunfire, causing his death. Mr. Yarbrough was discovered also had an outstanding warrant out of California for 1st Degree Burglary.'
Officers discovered the driver, Rashad Yardbrough, had drugs on him. He was booked into Oklahoma County Jail. Police say the suspects were riding in a 4-door, silver 2003 or 2004 Chrysler with tinted windows."
